Refund Policy
Our refund policy explains how payments and refunds are handled for our technology services.
1. Overview
At Web Support BD, we aim to provide reliable, professional, and high-quality technology services. Because software development and digital services often involve customized planning, design, development, resources, and third-party costs, refund eligibility depends on the nature and stage of the project.
2. Project-Based Services
For custom web development, software development, mobile application development, SaaS development, and other project-based services, payments may be divided into milestones according to the approved project agreement.
3. Advance Payments
An advance payment may be required before project development begins. This payment may cover project planning, resource allocation, design, development setup, infrastructure, and other initial work.
Once substantial work has started, the advance payment may generally be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellation Before Development
If a project is cancelled before significant development work begins, we may review the request and determine whether a partial refund is applicable after deducting any completed work, planning, third-party expenses, transaction fees, or other non-recoverable costs.
5. Cancellation During Development
If a client cancels a project after development has started, charges for completed work, approved milestones, purchased resources, third-party services, and other committed expenses may be deducted before determining any eligible refund.
6. Completed Work
Payments for completed and approved milestones are generally non-refundable once the corresponding work has been delivered or accepted by the client.
7. Third-Party Costs
Payments made for third-party services such as hosting, domain registration, premium plugins, licenses, APIs, cloud services, payment gateway charges, advertising platforms, app store fees, or other external services may be non-refundable according to the respective provider's policy.
8. Subscription Services
For SaaS, software subscriptions, hosting, maintenance plans, or other recurring services, refund eligibility depends on the subscription terms and billing cycle agreed upon at the time of purchase.
9. Bugs and Technical Issues
Technical bugs or issues covered under the agreed development scope will normally be addressed through our support or warranty process rather than treated as a refund request.
10. Change of Mind
A refund may not be available solely because a client changes their mind after development work, design work, consultation, or other agreed services have already been performed.
11. Refund Request
Refund requests should be submitted through our official communication channels with the relevant project or transaction details. Each request will be reviewed based on the applicable agreement, project stage, completed work, and associated costs.
12. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, the processing time may depend on the payment method, banking system, payment gateway, or financial institution used for the original transaction.
13. Policy Changes
Web Support BD reserves the right to update this Refund Policy when necessary. The latest version published on this page will apply to future transactions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
